JBI COnNECT Cameroon provides full access to a wide range of evidence-based information, tools and resources to assist health professionals to engage in best practice through using evidence at the point of care. JBI COnNECT Cameroon is one of over 40 "zones" or countries and is part of the global Joanna Briggs collaboration involving over 90 countries.

The Joanna Briggs Institute is proud to partner with the health system in Cameroon and to be involved in linking health professionals from around the world to the best available evidence. An independent, charitable, not-for-profit organisation with Centres in Europe, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific, the Joanna Briggs Institute depends on support of health services and health professionals for its funding and ongoing growth and development (including the provision of information services and evidence based practice resources to developing countries). To ensure that our services are independent, we do not receive support from commercial suppliers of pharmaceuticals or medical and health equipment supplies.

What is JBI COnNECT?

Prof Janita Chau, from the Hong Kong Centre for Evidence Based Nursing, is pleased to be able to provide free access to JBI COnNECT to all Cameroon health care professionals. JBI COnNECT is a web site that provides you with easy access to resources so that you can find and use evidence to inform your clinical decision-making. As a subscriber to JBI COnNECT you can:
